A Journey Into Awareness, Balance & Conscious Motherhood

My journey into conscious living didn't begin as a teacher — it began as a woman navigating her own body, emotions, and life transitions. I've lived through PCOS, thyroid imbalance during pregnancy, anxiety, fear, weight fluctuations, and the emotional intensity of being deeply sensitive and empathetic. I've known what it feels like to move from being physically fit to suddenly feeling disconnected from my body, from trusting myself to questioning everything.
Through yoga, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, and deep self-awareness, I slowly learned to listen to my body's wisdom — and over time, healed, balanced, and rebuilt my health. I went on to have two natural pregnancies and healthy postpartum journeys despite challenges, not because I followed rigid rules, but because I learned how to align my body, nervous system, and inner rhythms with care and patience.
My yoga journey began long before I became a mother. But everything changed after I became a mother to my two boys. Suddenly, yoga was no longer just something I did — it became the foundation of how I lived.
Motherhood became my greatest teacher. It showed me where my boundaries were weak, where fear ruled my decisions, and where societal conditioning made me doubt my instincts. I struggled — like most mothers do — to stay firm about routines, nourishment, sleep, and lifestyle choices for my children in a world full of pressure, opinions, and noise.
But as I became more grounded and regulated within myself, something shifted. I learned how to channel my sensitivity wisely, respond instead of react, and lead my home with calm clarity. That inner alignment didn't just transform me — it created a stable, healthy environment where my children could thrive with energy, balance, and emotional safety.
Along the way, I walked through many of my own inner layers: healing pieces of my inner child, understanding mother wounds, breaking karmic patterns and emotional loops, releasing old beliefs that kept me stuck, learning to build inner safety, and discovering Ayurveda as a practical way to support daily living.
There was also a pause in my professional journey — a space where I chose motherhood fully, even when it meant stepping away from identity and ambition. And in that pause, I found my true path.
Mothers don't need more information. They need more awareness. Awareness of their energy. Awareness of their emotions. Awareness of what their body needs. Awareness of why their routines feel heavy or chaotic. Awareness of the patterns they are repeating — and the ones they are ready to break.
Today, my work is rooted in lived experience — from anxiety to calm, imbalance to health, confusion to clarity, overgiving to grounded boundaries. This is why I understand women deeply. I don't teach from theory; I guide from embodiment.
My mission is simple yet powerful: to help mothers build balanced, healthy, sustainable routines through awareness-based living — so they can heal themselves, raise emotionally strong children, and live from their inner compass with confidence and grace.

Real shifts, real stories from mothers in the circle
"Thank you Poonam Didi for making us realize the potential our body has. Learning yoga from you was an eye opener and it wasn't just about the postures or the exercise, but also the tips you provided all along the way. You asked us our problem areas and designed sessions accordingly, and that's why it never got boring!! We discovered a huge change in our health, digestion and sleep, and not just toning but also our inner health."
"It's been a month that I have started my sessions with Poonam and I have seen some positive changes in myself. She is very good in understanding what I needed to focus on and designed the routine focusing on those areas. She gradually increases the challenges — difficult yet achievable. I found her to be very welcoming and supportive."
